You think it’s cute to take pictures wearing warbonnets and glittery “warpaint”? Do you realize how racist that is? Maybe you should get educated on the people that you are so ignorantly making fun of. It’s not cute, it’s not sexy, it doesn’t make you hip. Here, look at these children wearing “normal people” clothes. Is that hip and cool? You know what these children all have in common? They were ripped away from their families, and shoved into reform schools to forget their culture. Their mothers and fathers and grandfathers and grandmothers were murdered and driven away. It’s not so hip and cool now is it?? “Indianer”… pardon my language, but fuck you!

It must occupy all the posts, supervise all functions, measure all official needs by the standard of its own class interests and the tasks of socialism. Only through constant, vital, reciprocal contact between the masses of the people and their organs, the workers’ and soldiers’ councils, can the activity of the people fill the state with a socialist spirit.

See on marxists.org

Wilhelm Liebknecht: The Spider and the Fly (1889)

See on Scoop.it - Critical Th3ory

Wilhelm Liebknecht: The Spider and the Fly (1889)

Pong Wolfgun’s insight:

You all know him, that pot-bellied insect with the hairy sticky body, who lurks in dark places, as far as possible from the light of day, and spins his deadly web in which the poor careless or thoughtless Fly is caught and killed. Today we have the capacity to turn the world into hell, and we are well on the way to doing so. We also have the capacity to turn it into the opposite of hell. This would mean the end of utopia, that is, the refutation of those ideas and theories that use the concept of utopia to denounce certain socio-historical possibilities. It can also be understood as the “end of history” in the very precise sense that the new possibilities for a human society and its environment can no longer be thought of as continuations of the old, nor even as existing in the same historical continuum with them. Rather, they presuppose a break with the historical continuum; they presuppose the qualitative difference between a free society and societies that are still unfree, which, according to Marx, makes all previous history only the prehistory of mankind.

See on marxists.org

Death of the West 1of2: Frankfurt School, Cultural Marxism, Political Correctness

See on Scoop.it - Critical Th3ory

A video by the Free Congress Foundation. We usually see a clear difference between the individual who wants to rule, control, or restrain others and the individual who tends to submit, obey, or to be humiliated. To use a somewhat friendlier term, we might talk of the leader and his followers. As natural as the difference between the ruling and the ruled might — in many ways — be, we also have to admit that these two types, or as we can also say, these two forms of authoritarian personality are actually tightly bound together

See on marxists.org

Frankfurt School: The Influence of Social Factors in Child Development.
